ENCOURAGEMENT OF CIVIL ACTIVISM AND HUMANITY Municipality cooperation with civil society organizations is very important- said the president of Palilula Municipality Boban Džunić. With Moto Club "Veterans` 63. Parachute brigade", will be organized humanitarian activities and under the auspices of the Municipality will be launched a program of Creative and Cultural Centre. Palilula Municipality of Nis also continues to help very ill children - this time employees of the Municipal administration will play during March a football match of charity, with members of Moto Club "Veterans 63.Parachute brigade". The funds collected will be deposited in the trust fund, which was established in July 2013 and divided according to the established rules. At the press conference, which was held on this occasion in the Municipality of Palilula, President Boban Džunić stressed the importance of cooperation between municipalities with civil society organizations. He pointed to successful partnerships with the non-governmental sector in the implementation of projects but also in actions in emergency situations as it was during the floods in Obrenvac or landslides. We are continuing this cooperation and therefore are with us today representatives of Moto Club "Veterans 63.Parachute brigade", which have their headquarters in the territory of our municipality. A spokesman for Moto Club, Sandra Stankovic, has invited citizens of Nis and Palilula to be actively involved in this program and contribute to the overall efforts to help the families of sick children. In Palilula Municipality has been announced the establishment of Creative and Cultural Centre. There will be organized workshops in the arts, crafts, journalism, with the help of prominent artists such as cartoonist Aleksandar Blatnik, actor-couple Ivana and Riki Nedović. This project, as it was stated at the press conference, will be permanent, with the participation of talented people of all ages.
